Monthly Reading Challenge: Books by Black Authors
We are holding a 2021 Reading Challenge. February’s challenge is to read a book by a Black author, so we put together a post to help you satisfy the challenge, as well as highlight some content to help celebrate Black History Month.
2021 Reading Challenge Rules and Regulations:
You may begin the Reading Challenge at any time in 2021, and complete the months in any order.
You will receive an entry into the draw for each monthly challenge completed (e.g., 7 monthly challenges complete = 7 entries into the draw)
You must be a patron of the Flin Flon Public Library to enter the 2021 Reading Challenge.
Winner will receive a $125 credit to order books from the library. You may order any books that are available through our suppliers.
Must be 18 years of age to enter the 2021 Reading Challenge, and 18 years of age to claim the prize if your name is chosen as the winner.
Must be able to pick up your ordered books at the Flin Flon Public Library if you are the winner.
Completed challenge sheets must be submitted to library staff no later than 12:00 noon CST on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.
Winner will be chosen via random draw by library staff at 12:00 noon CST on December 31, 2021.
