Are you ready to read with us in 2023? Our 2023 Reading Challenge is live, and it’s really simple to enter. Join us and get entries into the draw to win a $125 book gift certificate at the end of the year.

2) Would you like to keep track of your reads digitally? Join the “Flin Flon Public Library 2023 Reading Challenge” on Storygraph (a free reading app):
NOTE: If you use this option, we still need you to fill out the reading challenge sheet with the books you read, and submit those sheets at the end of the year.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1) You will receive an entry into the draw for each monthly challenge completed (e.g., if you complete 5 monthly challenges, you will receive 5 entries into the draw)
2) You can:

begin the challenge at any time in 2023
complete the months in any order
skip months
complete as many monthly challenges as you like (e.g., if you read 4 books for the March prompt, you will receive 4 entries into the Reading Challenge Draw etc.)
count all the books you read this year for the December prompt of “Read a book of your choice” (only enter titles you aren’t using for other monthly prompts). You will receive an entry into the draw for every book you read this year, plus any entries for additional monthly prompts you complete

3) Entry forms must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM CST on Thursday, December 28, 2023
4) The draw will be made by library staff at 12:00 PM CST on Friday, December 29, 2023
5) PLEASE NOTE: Anytime we say "Read" in the monthly challenge prompts, all forms of reading count (reading a physical book, reading an eBook, or listening to an audiobook)
